Position Summary:
Directs human capital activities that align with business objectives. Establishes and implements activities, programs and policies designed to protect both company and employee interests and ensure HR operational excellence. Identifies and complies with government regulations and reporting; supervises human resource staff remotely and directs and coordinates organization activities including but not limited to: compensation, benefits, employee development, employee relations, staffing management, performance management and affirmative action.

Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organization Development or related field.
- 10 years of HR experience with increasing level of responsibility.
- Five years of direct management experience including cost center/budget responsibility and remote staff management.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization from executives to entry level.
- Demonstrated leadership in HR initiatives, such as implementation of HRIS, compensation systems, reorganizations, employee engagement, etc.
- Utilization of metrics and reporting to identify opportunities for efficiencies and areas of improvement for overall business performance.
- Demonstrated ability to coach executives, managers and supervisors on various dilemmas, opportunities and leadership competencies.
- Demonstrated experience with all facets of employee relation situations including investigations.
- Provided guidance, coaching and mentoring to senior leaders.
