The HRO Today Employment Screening Baker’s Dozen represents one of the largest annual customer satisfaction research projects conducted on the employment screening and assessment industry. The survey asks human resources professionals to assess their provider’s quality and breadth of service and then assigns vendors an overall score based on the reported customer satisfaction, scope of work, and size of clients.
