In her role as Executive Vice President of Products and People, Sam is responsible for cultivating VI's internal human capital strategy and ensuring VI delivers the HR software and services that the marketplace demands. Sam's experience developing HR products and strategies has helped numerous organizations dramatically improve key business outcomes, increase annual revenue growth and significantly improve client and employee satisfaction.
Prior to joining our team, Sam was vice president of human resources for Vurv Technology, where she helped achieve aggressive business transformation goals by defining human resources strategies for Vurv worldwide. Before Vurv, Sam held several HR leadership positions at Best Buy and at CitiStreet was responsible for large market HR outsourcing account management and led all of the company's marketing and employee communications activities.
